We think it is more like an awesome individual that promotes local seafood and educates customers on our fishery!? Don't forget it is also long hours, constant pokes from fish fins, rubber boots, and never wearing nice clothes to work. 

Teamwork

Several of our fishmongers have been around the fish market over 15 years. Our customers get used to a lot of familiar faces! It takes a team to make it all happen, and ours is incredible!
